Each month, look forward to a new box with pieces selected just for you. It's like Christmas every month of the year! Discover the hottest jewelry trends, find that perfect piece for your wardrobe, receive jewelry just to your taste, and try new things as well!
- Please Note: You are not subscribed until you complete both the Jewelry Profile and Bijoux Box Subscription
- Payments occur the first of every month. Your payment upon subscription is counted as your first Bijoux Box payment, regardless of the time of the month, and is applied to the next payment cycle.
- Once payment is received, our team starts assembling your box. If you subscribe after the first of the month, your first box will arrive the following month. This is to assure our team has enough time to personalize your box. In example:

How do we personalize your box? Well first, we analyze your Jewelry Profile, which will give us an overall understanding of your personal style and preferences. Second, after you receive each box, you will have the opportunity to review each item you received. This helps us further narrow down your style and preferences, so that we can find the perfect accessories for you!
What if I don't love something in my box?
This is why the Jewelry Profile and Bijoux Reviews are crucial. They help us figure out what you dislike, like, and love! Make sure you're filling these out accurately. If you receive an accessory that really isn't for you, review it! We'll make sure to correct your profile.
What if my style changes?
The Jewelry Profile is always open to retake! Each time you re-submit it we update your profile.
When can I expect my box to be delivered?
After your payment is accepted on the 1st of the month, the next 8 days are spent personalizing and packaging your box for shipment. Once it's been shipped you can expect it within 1-2 weeks.
How do I unsubscribe?
We're sorry to see you go! To cancel your subscription follow the instructions below:
- When you first subscribed you received an email confirming your order that looks something like this:
- Click Manage Subscription
- You will be brought to your subscription orders page. Here you can manage your orders such as edit your shipping address. You can also see the next time you will be charged. The page will look similar to this:
- To cancel your subscription simply click Cancel
